Hi!
We had 2 cats, they were brothers and always together, but one of them died a few months ago... And ive been wondering if the other one in some way understand or "wonder" where hes gone.
Maybe its a stupid question, but ive been wondering if cats can think like that, at least in some primitiv way?
Funny you should ask. We had 4 cats. 1 boy and 3 girls. The eldest child took the male cat up North...and 2 of the females promptly "evicted" the third female from our house.
Of course he knows. He knows that his companion is gone. Animals do mourn, just like humans. I am sorry for your loss...
