Tracing a friend from Norway

I am trying to trace a friend from Norway - when I knew her she was married to a man called Ron Morgan she was called Asa and we lived near to each other at RAF Debden in Essex in 1968, she had a little girl called Ellie who I think was about 18 months old - Ron was a black man possibly from Jamaica - she gave me a cheese slicer which I still have!! Asa said her family had a farm and lived near to Christiansand or Christiansund I do not know her Norwegian family name. My husband and I are travelling to Norway soon for our 40th wedding anniversary and this has made me think of her again. I would love to hear from her, she told me lots of stories about her family, including having a bifg dog possibly a St Bernard. I would love to find her. I have often thought of her over the years, I hope she and her family are well and she has had a happy life. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
