There is a web site where people can purchase goods and services (e.g., fix a computer) from each other. I think you can put a job out for bid on the site.
What is the name/address of this or similar sites.

I think that it is based in San Francisco and is owned by two individuals. Instead of trying to maximize profit, they offer most of their site free.
