Declan Rice is way off, Harry Winks ‘a must’ & reminiscing about West Ham & Liverpool forgotten men – Gary Neville on England

My question is this:

What does "way off" mean?

Thank you

It means that Gary Neville thinks Rice's current form is not good enough for him to play for England.

I won't be answering any more follow up questions.
