Do I need a panel upgrade?

I'm in a 4-family condo with 200 amp main building supply. My apartment sub panel says it's rated for 125 amps max. It has 18 slots, of which 10 are being used: three 15 amp, three 20 amp, four 30 amp. Two of the 30 amp are for the central air. I think the other two are for the washer/dryer (electric). Do I have the capacity to add a breaker for a 20 amp electric oven, or do I need to upgrade the panel?
