Aluminum wire size for 100 AMP sub in pole building

Hi,
I built a pole building and now need to trench a line to provide power, alarm/internet and water. I will have about 50 feet to run in my basement. Once I break through to the outside, I will have another 140 feet up to the pole building. What size aluminum wire must I run to provide the 100 amps, given the distance? Also, what size PVC conduit is needed for this wiring?
