The following lines are taken from Rosanna by Toto:

My question is this:

What does "Meet you all the way" mean?

Hard to say, song lyrics don't always make a lot of sense.

The phrase meeting someone halfway means to compromise, so I would imagine meeting someone all the way means to give in to their demands.
