Which of the following two sentences is correct?

1) Liverpool's Champions League victory made me happy.

2) Liverpool's Champions League's victory made me happy.

If both are possible, do they share the same meaning?

If so, which would you use or do you prefer?

It didn't make me happy, but I'm glad Spurs lost.
