This one I'm finding very difficult to complete, can you help?

It shows how far you'd go to name building inside ( 9) ??d?m????

Reticent about trees (5) T????

Crucial time to ring you and me (9) ????n???s

One illuminated in the middle of small drink (10) ?????l???e

Star joins city politician - it adds colour (7) S???a??

Bistro for officers by lake (9) B?a??????

Freedom fighter makes the first mistake first (9) ??????i??

Liken sound to master-of-ceremonies ((7) C???e??

Mud turned out to be most suitable and least useful (7) D???e??

I found it particularly difficult today. Incidently does the name Carditel mean anything, I can't imagine what!

Morning Carditel

I also knit although I haven't made anything for a while as I'm to busy trying to solve these crosswords. I also use to do a lot of dressmaking but that has also fallen by the wayside. Terry is a unisex name, but I assume your female?
