Lil'K - you mean a choice between still or sparkling wine. Champagne is wine, but you knew that. BTW, flipping through yet another 'Eat-your-way-across-France' sort of travel book, along with the correct way to consume snails is the fact that cider is the preferred drink with them.

what's that belgian tea beer? i used to know that sort of thing. Nowadays, i stick to Remy Red in my tea, but i used to be much more civilized. Mais, c'est tragique. <sniff>
