Internet & Children

My 9 year old one has discovered the internet,
and while she's not allowed to surf without supervision,
I cannot sit there and watch her every move.
I do check her online activity every 15 minutes, though the other day
she googled for "Barbie" and got more than she bargained
for: One porno site after the other popped up.

I just checked online for good internet restriction programs,
however, there are so many to choose from, I'm not
sure which one is better and what to look for.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for me
that's also MAC compatible?

**sigh**

Isn't is just awful that we have to protect our children even from INSIDE of our homes?

Sad

It is Bella, and it is so difficult to let them go ahead
and explore the internet (as I would like to).
It is just too dangerous.
