MP3 into receiver?

How do I plug my MP3 into my receiver to get it working?? I have got a 3.5mm to RCA cord and just don't know where to plug it in... here is a picture of my receiver if it helps...

There might be a red and white rca plug on the back? That's right and left audio channel. make sure you are in the input area not the output, you also need to change the channel on the front to the input channel you are using.
