ok we just got a dog last july and we recently moved but ever since we moved he won't stop barking it has been about 5 months now what can i do to get him to stop barking when i want him to stop without herting him?

Try using a water pistol at the dog when he barks, he will soon get the message, squirt him and say no at same time.
If you squirt him, it gets everything so wet.
