A Juvenile Court case

My very close friend got sent around in foster care around middle of 2017 then they got moved to a juvenile placement facility because he has felony charges (I know it’s not murder.) I want to contact him to see how he’s doing because we haven’t spoke in awhile. I plan on writing to him because my brother knows the exact place he’s at but if he happens to not be there (Because I don’t think he is) how should I go about trying to get contact? I used Facebook to text a few relatives that I know were around him when he got sent away. If I call the placement he’s at in the allowed calling times and asked for him, they’d put me through right?

@Mystery anon ,
Call the facility and see if he can accept outside mail. Most likely it will be read, so be aware of that.
