Involuntary movement and sounds please help

For the past year or two i've had these involuntary movements and sounds, I roll my eyes back uncontrollably while also making a screaming type of sound but it changes, its always some eye movement paired with a sound, but it changes quite often and sometimes sounds like animal sounds, well first thing to come to mind was tics of course, but something I realised was that it happens a while after I eat, but why am i screaming extremely loud after eating? I feel it kind of in my throat before its about to happen but i cant do anything about it , sometimes theres no sound but i get the same feeling and then a sudden gasp for air with my eyes rolling back again. Everyone is telling me its tics but why would i get tics from eating?
