THAT is the kind of thing that keeps me up at night wondering if I want to bring a child into this world.

I'd rather my tax dollars were spent to protect a nesting duck than about a couple dozen other things they're used for. In fact, this may be the closest the Bush administration has ever come to protecting wildlife. Perhaps if more of those pesky animals moved to D.C..........???
