Somebody on facebook posted that she is getting friend requests from Tak. Looks now as though he was hacked.

If you've been hacked you need to disconnect your computer from the net and run some anti virus software. Once you've done that you can go back online and start changing passwords.

That's what I did when my email was hacked.

It might be easier to pay a professional to take a look at it.

It's neither banned nor hacked but just the parental controls on the iPhone. (At least, it's the wording others get who've got it on.)
