As I've got an autistic son the only films I see at the cinema are kid's one. Having said that I've only see two of your list.

Early Man is one of the funniest films I've seen for a long time, real laugh out loud stuff. Having said that it won't do well at the Oscars because it's unashamedly English and lots of the football references would shoot over American heads.

I liked The Grinch but two things really pissed me off. First Whoville has no infrastructure, plenty of roads in the town, but none leading to the town. Are we to believe everything is flown in? Second at one point Cindy Lou says she can smell toast burning, but when the toast pops up it's not at all burnt, it's done to a T.

My other son took my youngest to see the Spiderman film. They both loved it.
