What do you recommend?

Nobody has any advice for me... I am soooo sad.... and I wanted to go phone shopping today!!!

Sprint is the devil!!!!! Get rid of them while you still can!!!!

I had the WORST experience with them! They are trying to make me pay a $1700 bill that #1, can't be itemized (I am just expected to pay it) and #2, is not mine!

AT&T is just as bad. Poor poor customer service. Dropped calls...I hated them almost as much as Sprint.

Currently have Verizon and am happy.

I hate sprint I have a $60 plan and somehow at the end of each month I end up paying $150... yet I don't go over my minutes!!!

I had AT&T for years, then they merged with Cingular. Never had any big problems.

I have since switched to Verizon, because I cover 6 states for my job and wanted the best reception/coverage. I heard from a bunch of different people Verizon is the best. Haven't had any problems with it so far.

I've pretty much heard Sprint sucks, and Nextel does too, coverage-wise.

I have had bad experiences with them all. I currently have Virgin Mobile prepaid. I love the freedom of it.

For my work I have a Cingular\ATT plan - 1300 minutes - never a problem

I wanted a nextel really bad but I know the service sucks!!

I think I might go with verizon wireless.... I want a camera phone though....

I have to cancel my agreement with Sprint... that is prolly gonna cost me an arm and a leg...ugh

I have Nextel and it is not too good coverage-wise,
can't switch as it is paid for me. I would recommend
Verizon, they cover a wide net and have reliable airwaves.

Your best choice would be Verizon indeed.

Saw a recent article, said something like customer satisfaction for cell phone providers finally broke 80%....

AT&T coverage here sucks, even after the merge with Cingular.

Cingular coverage here is pretty good unless you travel to the rural areas.

Renegotiate your contract with Sprint. That's what I did, and I got much better terms. I now have No Roaming Fees plus $50 free long-distance per month on my land line.
