"Nonexclusive protection" clause and its meaning

I would like to thank you in advance for any help provided here.

I received an escrow agreement to sign that is an addition to a services contract for web development. I have doubts about one clause, below:

"Nonexclusive protection. The provisions of this are cumulative and not exclusive of all other rights or remedies which Client may have at law or equity, or under the Services Contract or other instrument or document."

Can you please explain its meaning?
