Oooooh, still cranky? I was thinking about it. Couldn't you just focus on things like an early death of your co-workers? Do any of the anoying ones smoke? Think about how they're going to die early. How about type A personailties? Heart attack. A little trick my dad taught me - help to deal with stupid drivers. Thanks dad.

Ha! I actually wrote an article once called "You're all going to die" in a newsletter I used to do! Great minds...

Actually today I'm just cranky because I don't like the people in my italian class this time. There's one little clique of five people, and then the rest of them are either boring or annoying, I think.

Crap.

But enough about me. I heard there was a melee going on somewhere...

hehehehe....

Being sick is kind of funny if you don't actually HAVE to do anything requiring activity or analytical thought.

I agree. So have you figured out how you're going to kill your housemate yet?

nonono, she'll be gone in a little more than one month. I can wait that long without killing her..... I think.

Back on topic.

I saw Black Crowes tonight...they're awesome live. I may even see them again this weekend, which would make a hat trick this year including Mansfield.

Saw them again last night at Hampton Beach(btw Kicky, Hampton Beach is the official unintentional comedy capital of the world)....about 10 feet from the stage, unreal. They only play around 8 songs, because they jam for so long, but they're very tight.

I'm thinking of getting a van/bus to go to the upcoming show, there's 16 people in the group of my friends going outside you guys.

You're screwed, Dag.

And speaking of music, I'm off to the music store to buy a bass. Been wanting to play guitar since I was a little kid, and just going to start learning now.

I'll keep you little people in mind when I hit it huge.

Sweet. I'll need all the help I can get.

Got an Ibanez GSR200 if that means anything...$200 bass. Guy convinced me it was better than the ones that were cheaper.

I have to buy the Bass for Dummies book to learn what's what....and my friend staying with me plays guitar so he can help me out too.

You know, all the time that I was in Italy, all I could think of was how I can't wait to go to this Tom Petty concert...okay, I'm lying. But still, it's going to be cool!

TP was on Soundstage last night in HD. He was playing stuff I never heard before. I used to be a big fan, saw him a couple times. I guess maybe the lack of airplay for his newer stuff made me forget him. That or his tendency to point the mic at the audience. I hate that crap.

Or it might be the uninspired and downright strange stage presence.

Slappy - did you hear that mini-kiss played last weekend in Boston? A kiss tribute band made entirely of little people..... did you go?

Kicky, so, you're still planning on coming up? I was worried that you might be over-travelled.

Si, littlek! I am definitely coming up! I loved Italy, but summertime outdoor concerts are like a religious celebration to me. It would be sacrilegious to miss one.

So...what time would be most convenient for you to pick me up at the bus stop?

I'll go check out the bus schedules and let you know about our options.

Okay, I've looked. The options are pretty much unlimited. Let me know the latest time I can get there without causing undue scheduling stress. I was thinking of trying to get there by about 3:00-3:30? Somewhere in that range?

Let me know if that's good for you.
