This is in an RNA (nonretrovirus) context, right? Transcribing a new RNA genome from an existing RNA genome?

I'm not sure, without context, what "RNA-dependent" means here: is it to distinguish it from a retrovirus, which produces DNA from an RNA template, or RNA polymerase, which transcribes RNA from DNA? Sorry, I'm a little thick sometimes...
