You need to know three relationships

tan(x)=sin(x)/cos(x)
sec(x)=1/cos(x)
and
sin^2(x)+cos^2(x)=1

The rest is substitution and elimination

Hello
Convert everything to sine and cosine. Trig identities are easy to play with in this fashion.
