What ereaders or tablets have TTS/text-to-speech that is turn on/pause using only physical buttons?

A) the steps taken to use TTS must be performed purely thru touch/feel (think blind person)
B) the device can have some other read aloud visual disability accommodation besides TTS (text-to-speech)
C) provide specific device names like "Kindle Keyboard", not "Kindle"
D) even if you only know of one device, please tell me about it
E) age of device doesn't matter
F) having or not having a touchscreen or color screen doesn't matter to me
G) audiobooks are too expensive for me and still need physical buttons
H) already know of Kindle 1, Kindle 2, and Kindle 3
I) if you know of some other portable device or technology that can read ebooks aloud, tell me about it!
