Trump is adding tariffs to China trade that will end up costing Americans more for our imports. Not only that, but it starts a mad cycle of tariffs from other countries which ends up costing everybody more. Moron Trump needs to be removed from office before he does more damage.
The stock market is already reacting negatively. It's down 244 points right now.

Plump berated Trudeau for an alleged trade deficit of the United States vs. Canada--which was a lie. He then bragged about telling that lie, bragged about it in public. The man truly is a moron. A trade war would only hurt the United States. We sell very few manufactured goods overseas, and apart from General Motors, our exports of automobiles and durable goods are negligible. Even General Motors is losing to Toyota, which has taken over as the leading exporter of automobiles in the world. A good deal of that comes from the individual greed of corporate officers in the U.S. Bonuses are no longer tied to productivity, but are written into contracts. GM has a fleet of corporate jets--Toyota has one. GM paid their CEO a larger bonus last year than the combined bonuses of all Toyota corporate officers.
Since the day one, the most important American exports have been agricultural and timber and mining. We have lost the number one slot in timber products and in mining. The industrialized world doesn't necessarily need out agricultural production, either. Europe, Australia and New Zealand, as well as China and Japan can replace our grain exports from other sources. This is a classic case of cutting off one's nose to spite one's face. The Moron in Chief, of course, understands none of this.
