How do you use Yousendit ??

I see people using http://s26.yousendit.com/ in order to put a link a video on a board for people to download or view? But at the yousend it site, it seems to only offer to send a video to another person's email address, not to get a link to post on a board.

Can someone explain to me why it only offers to send it to an email address or am I supposed to put my own email address in their and they will send me a link to the video and taht's how I get it?
