@paok1970,
What are you doing with it?

She's having sex on her exercise bike?
She's eating on top of her exercise bike?
She's juggling her exercise bike along with her baby and a cat that happens to be on fire?
She's selling her exercise bike?
She is an exercise bike?
She can't seem to find where she parked her exercise bike?

@tsarstepan,
Is the sentence below correct?

She does/performs 30 minutes on the/her exercise bike every morning.

Again, many, many thanks for your kind help.

@paok1970,
She does 30 minutes on the/her exercise bike every morning.
..........................................^Both the and her work fine in this sentence.
I wouldn't use perform as the verb here. Unless, the subject in question is using the exercise bike on a theatrical stage in some kind of weird work of performance art.

ALTERNATIVELY:
She works out for 30 minutes on the/her exercise bike every morning.

Language has context, paok, it has meaning so what is used ALL depends on what a particular speaker/writer wants to convey.

Both of your verbs are possible, as is uses/cycles/...

@camlok,
How should the sentences read if I wanted to use the verbs "cycles" and "uses"?

Thank you

I think for the most part, you overthink everything. English is a pretty flexible language.

She cycles 30 minutes on the/her exercise bike every morning.
With "uses"? You will have to completely rearrange the sentence.
She uses the/her exercise bike for 30 minutes every morning.

I know, and without any rancor intended, you ought to be careful about giving advice for things you know little to nothing about.

Your advice was all but useless. When people are taught a new language in the manner most educational systems use the only thing they have is thinking about how the new language works.

If natural methods of learning languages were used there would be virtually no questions at all from ESLs/EFLs.
