Well, they'll preach condoms and such, I'd assume. I still can't imagine why there'd be any real difference between oral sex and intercourse in regards to sexual promiscuity. I mean, to me, sex is sex - oral or otherwise.

Why implicitly? This seems to be an explicit promotion of alternative ways of teenage sex. This is just an example of paving way to the hell by allegedly good intentions.
