Hi. We are doing an experiment with different molarities of HCl and NaOH to see the results during protien denaturation in whole milk. Also, we are attempting to reverse the procedure, which brings me to my question:
If the agent of denaturation is HCl 3M of a certain pH, would NaOH 3M of the equal opposite pH, at a constant temperature, successfully reverse the denaturation? If not, what could be done instead?
Thank you,

Anyone at all?
Anyone... can anyone help at all...?
Eh oh well I suppose we'll just have to experiment with it.
If you can help... soon... that would be great

well in case you wondered
the acid worked better at higer molarities and the base had no effect because milk itself is a base. Renaturntion occurred almost fully with equally opposite pH's. Further experimentation recommended. Only downside is the bad smell, but when done in a biohood, its insignificant.
