Ok, folks this problem is from "All of Statistics: A concise course in statistical inference", p95

Let X1,... Xn is Uniform(0,o), let o^ = max {X1,...,Xn}.
Find the bias, se and MSE of this estimator.

I think you should understand that if a person has got to this point, he is no slacker because this is not a simple piece of common methematics. At least, for an undergraduate student.

I hate it when I bring up a problem and some folks just consider it an opportunity to give me a moral lesson.
