Another Twitter Question for Jespah (or whomever)

Just set up a gimmick account for Sandy Tibetan Fox, username: Tibetanfox.

Is there an app or Twitter hack where I can switch back and forth between my own Tsarstepan twitter account and this new account without having to sign in and out of each account every time?

I expect something like this probably does exist. I would like to know what it is and if it's reliable. It one does exist but it's from a sketchy source or it's infamous for being crashy? I will likely give up on the gimmicky idea.
