Mass X Velocity, I belive, Mass X Velocity Squared being the formula for energy. So I understand, anyhow.

Momentum, of course, being the stuff that rolling stones really gather.

Kinetic energy = 0.5mv^2 or one half the mass times the velocity squared.

Momentum: p = mv
Kinetic eneregy: K - 1/2 mv ^2
