help me please
i handled my rats once and they were ok but then one escaped from me and now hes got really vicious and evil minded he bites and scratches me if my hand goes in the cage or even if i put my hand close enough for him to reach it he attacks its evil i first got them thinking they would make gr8 pets but now im having doubts HELP ME

I've known cats like that too, ralfie.
rats do make great pets. They are affectionate and bond to their owners. If he got loose, he prolly had to defend himself and instincts took over. You might have to have him put down by a vet if he bites you.

Also, maybe being recaptured was a painful experience, and he's waiting to be reassured that he can be handled gently.
