Would do something & would be doing something

I'm writing because I have problems understanding when to use "I should/would do something" and when to use "I should/would be doing something".

Would you please explain this difference?

Would you also give me some websites or links where this difference is explained thoroughly?

It would depend on context, as usu, Paok. But 'should' means 'ought to, ' while 'would' means 'might'
