Is it "the operating system Windows 10" or "the Windows 10 operating system"?

In my opinion, only the latter is correct. What do you think?

Thanks for your kind help.

The name can come before or after. The name William. The Jaguar XKE automobile. The Windows operating system. The Airbus A320 plane.

Nobody says "The operating system Windows Ten" that I have ever heard. It's not wrong, just not usual.

It's like the difference between the brown cow and the cow brown.

The three bananas vs the bananas three.

The second drink vs the drink second.

The yeast donut vs the donut yeast.

___

The operating system is what is being defined/described modified. The operating system is, in effect, the noun.
