My question is this:
Is it equally correct to rewrite the sentence in the following way?
It's time you reflected on how you want your life to proceed.

Paok I like the firs'n better but the 2d is okay
We can use the expression it’s time + subject + past verb form to refer to the present moment, or alternatively it’s time with a verb in the to-infinitive form.
