i thought the numbers might be a sequence of some ratios or percentages - i tried to play with the number of winners in the previous conundrums, but with no success... maybe someone has a better idea?

@beebzzz,
they certainly do look a bit like percentages, with neither of the numbers in each set over 100. the only thing I'd note is that if they are percentages, all of the numbers on the left of the decimal are under 35, which seems a bit odd.

edit: it's also important to note that the conundrum specifically says, "decipher the following clue," indicating we should be working on some sort of cipher, yes?

I took a wild guess that had to do with their sloppy grammar. What if BEEN and the U in IS are supposed to be used? B=2, E=5 so that works, but then we're stuck with 2 numbers that are bigger than 9. That doesn't work... But, what if we subtract N=14 from U=21. We get 21-14=7.

What if it has to do with the comic. Like 29.92 would be chapter 2 section 9 and the numbers after the decimal would be the 9th letter and then 2 letters after that? Maybe we can work out something out of this?

WELL -- it seems to be official -- the wording has NOTHING to do with the puzzle.

we should Only focus on the numbers.
(if you go to the Lenny now, you will find that the grammar has been corrected).

AND, as lennyfan so aptly pointed out - the numbers should most likely Not just be treated as numbers. LCs like this typically have Some connection to something on the neopets site. we just have to find it.

I still think it'll be a page.word or a line.word thing. I took a look around the Neopedia, pages related to the Darkest Faerie, but haven't found anything yet...

Well... maybe... Like, there's this THING, and, we go foward, 29 times, and then back, 92 times... Like, some kind of wheel... Or maybe, it's like, NT issues... ?

Well, nothing in the Source Code...

everyone's starfield data is different, and their constellations are in different locations.
and i don't think that would give any more information than just plotting them in excel or by hand (which several people have tried).

AND the new plot step is out. it's battledome, and i can't see any relation to the numbers.
this is getting frustrating.

Random thing I noticed: 20.10 is one of the numbers, it is also the current year. I know that if this had anything to do with it then a lot of them would be years in the future, but anything's worth a try

@jjbuttcrack,
I agree, I can't see anything about the battledome step that might correspond to the numbers. There is nothing about the plot so far that seems to fit. There is something else happening in Neopia, according to today's news - the new Haunted Faire, although I can't see anything that really applies there, either.

@Angelicalex1,
I noticed that and pretty much dismissed it as coincidental. To show how far I'm stretching, I found that the parts to the right of the decimal in the last two numbers (.18, .72) can be rearranged to form the first four digits of e. Unfortunately, continuing the weaving pattern up the decimal digits doesn't continue with more digits of e. Of course, then I realized that even if it were to be e, what kind of clue would that be to happenings in Neopia. I even tried seeing if I could get pi out of the numbers (They've done that before), but no luck. At least pies have something to do with the plot.

Here is screen shot of the altador telescope with co-ordinates 29,92
Does it mean anything to anyone?

@Angelicalex1,
Nice shot of the faerie in the top left, but as was stated above, the constellations are different for everyone, so I'm going to have to go with coincidence. I also doubt they would base an LC on something that people couldn't get to if they hadn't done the Altador plot.
