@Stehfee,
I apologize, I did not mean to sound rude or impatient. My brain is simply fried from all this thinking xD

To clarify, yes I did make my account today, and yes I did verify it. This is the message I get when I attempt to PM someone..

"Private messages temporarily suspended due to mass PM spam. We were open to discussion of alternative forums above-board but the underhanded attempts at recruiting were just not cool. To those uninvolved in the spam we apologize for the inconvenience and will restore access to PMs shortly. Click here to go to home page"

I also get this message when I click "Inbox" at the top of the page. Perhaps it does have something to do with my account age Surprised

@Kutusita,
Kutusita,
may I PM you with a question? I don't want to be a bother, however.

Hey there...
So I read through all of the previous posts concerning the latest conundrum, but I still don't get where to start looking. Can anyone give me another hint? :S

"Yes" wasn't close at all. Rather, I had been looking in the place with the answer, but I was going in a different direction with it.

@Kutusita,
I understand.
Might I ask if the words in the sequence are located/deducible in one single location, or are they spread out in a pattern in many different locations?
If it's the latter, I've found items and articles containing all of the words but with no apparent pattern.
I just want to figure this thing out for my own peace of mind, so I don't have to be sitting in the middle of organic chem class thinking about mummies and fruits...

@theleonhearted,
I can't totally answer the first question without giving out too much information, but if by "single location", you mean "single page of information" as in an URL or Flash screen, I would say "deducible" is closest.

Don't think it's saying too much to revisit an old comment I made:
"MUMMY could represent a Mummy, a Mommy, or simply the letters M-U-M-M-Y."
MUMMY in this case represents a Mommy. This will help you to at least know you're on the right track.

Finally, a variation of Thomas Edison's famous quote:
"Solving this Lenny Conundrum is one per cent inspiration, ninety-nine per cent perspiration." (OK, maybe it's more 20% and 80%.)

@Kutusita,
I think I might be on to something... if there are numbers in the URL for the page on which I found one of the words, is there a relationship between these numbers and the placement of the word in the sequence? (i.e. url has "35" in it and the word is the 3rd word in the sequence)

Thanks for the hints, by the way. This is a really tough one. :C

@Girolle,
Probably saying a bit too much here, but... yes, although it's not the example you gave.

Another way to tell if you're on the right track: imagine that TNT extended the sequence by another word, and pretend to solve the puzzle with that word. I think almost everyone could solve that within 10 or 15 minutes or so.

@Kutusita,
Don't worry, I'm still lost. I get the idea, and I feel like I know the process of finding the answer, I just don't know where to start. Thanks, though.

@theleonhearted,
Glad you got it!

I got frozen last night for just viewing a board on Neopets . So, looks like I won't be getting the answer right for this week. Sad

@playnow254,
Wow, listen, going to boards is dangerous now. When you got frozen, what was it for? Yeah, there are now cookie grabbers on random boards. Be careful, and if you have Firefox, download NoScript and Request Policy.

No, it is not a petpage.

Well, it looks like the answer has been posted elsewhere, so I can't see the payout being much. :/

I have been told by someone else previously in the same predicament that TNT will award my prize, NP, etc., and I will get it when I get my account back. Right now, I am concerned because one of my unconverted pets was converted by the cookie grabber. Many other players had the same thing happen. Some had 4 UC pets that were converted. Sad TNT is going to try to fix it, but... no guarantees.

The easiest way to find it is to look for the least common word. When I first solved the puzzle, the correct link was buried in the middle of the second page, but now it's easier to find. It's not a petpage.

Once you click on the correct link, you may find the word in an awkward place, or even not find it at all. That's OK. You will need to click once more to get to a different section. Once you are in that section, you will see that word in a prominent spot. Now it's time to apply that rule about the URL and the placement of the word in the sequence. The final answer is a Neopets word.

I'm giving a lot more information than before because the answer has been leaked elsewhere, so I don't think I'm adding significantly to the number of players that will get the answer correct.
