i said 1 bag, because thats the MINIMUM he needs. but then he would be overpaying them, right.
if they dont ask for however many coins he has.
like say they only want 200 coins, he would give them too many in that one bag...
who knows
All my guesses for this type of Lenny have been very unlucky, lol.

There are 664 prime numbers between 1 and 4967 (which is a prime). Is that relevant?

@lucasi,
I would say one bag also Lucasi. Also the lenny conundrum says he can give you the proper amount by giving you a certain number of pouches. Since eh Pouches = more than one then I don't think there is a problem with handing out 200 bags or more @_@

You need to put 1 coin in pouch #1, 2 coins in pouch #2, 3 coins in pouch #3... all the way till you use all the coins.
Ill try
Roxton Colchester has 4967 coins. Suppose he divides those coins into several coin pouches so that if you ask for any whole number of coins between 1 and 4967, he can give you the proper amount by giving you a certain number of pouches. What is the minimum number of pouches required for him to do this?
So he has 4967 coins - divided into several pouches. If you were to ask him for 1 coin he would have a pouch for that. if you asked for 2 coins, he has a pouch with 2 in it...
