I seem unable to find anything in Mystery picd, too.

If all items appear together, I think it must be visually. I did an advanced search on Google for a any sites with any combo of some or all of the items together, and all I got was user wishlists and none with all of the items. So if I can't find them in words, maybe they're in pictures...

That's a Maraquan Bloomaroo. So it could be Maraqua... Or maybe Roo Island...

Checked all Neopets images for customization (ie backgrounds, shop blogs, etc.); found nada yet...

Hey this might be going off track here but have you noticed how all all the items listed are items you get when you start off
e.g.

At the end of aisle 1, you saw a Watermelon (food) - Mashed potato with gravy

At the end of aisle 2, you saw a Gothic Bed (furniture) - You get a starter pack for neohome

At the end of aisle 3, you saw a Faerie Kadoatie (petpet) - You recieve oragami petpets x2

At the end of aisle 4, you saw a Royal Paint Brush (paint brush) - You get starter brushes

At the end of aisle 5, you saw a Sword of the Air Faerie (battledome) - Wooden Blocking shield

At the end of aisle 6, you saw a Pirate Flotsam Plushie (plushie) - blue ixi plushie

At the end of aisle 7, you saw a Brightvale the Novel (book) - mystery of the kougra paw

I have been trying and trying to come with something, and am stumped.
I find Lizel's theory interesting, but how would we be able to figure out what the final item is? It's only the type of item. We may need more to go on.

Maybe... I've been going off the hint that they all "appear" together, like visually. And if it's a starter pack thing, you don't receive anything else, right? And the neohome starter pack doesn't come with the same starter pack for joining, so it's a bit different.

The starter pack idea is good, you receive NC too as a start

Yeah well it was a theory i had last wednesday and now i feel the only thing is that there is nothing else in the pack so thats out of the window lol

I have an idea!somebody obtain all of those items and put them in a gallery. Make sure they are at the end of the rows. Then put a random item at the end of the last row and submit that items name! lol then tell us.

I don't think it would be a user's profile/gallery shop. You can't rely on a user to be the answer.

However, the five year age shield has the sword of the air faerie, and the sheilds usually have something to do with something important. So, what does the sword relate to? Was it an important piece of a plot that I am unaware of?

If not, what is it's significance?
