Oh. My. I just found my mistake. I added an extra 1 onto one of the sequence numbers on accident. I believe we now have the same final answer, catfood - I got the 6839 start and 688 end.

I cannot believe I made such a stupid mistake after all those different patterns/calculations. And here I was about to submit my incorrect answer because I thought there was no way I could be wrong. LOL. Thank goodness I waited and compared with you! Smile

I just use your pet and got a 17 digit answer ending with 8 also.

And the LC prizes over 30000, a 2-digit multiple of 5? -> this is what I have too.

The numbers themselves aren't prime, but look at what they are made up of.

Also, 10 was not in my sequence but there is one between 6 and 35. The rest of your numbers match up with mine.

My pet was 3 times as well. Although I did completely ignore the answers for LC 183 because 1) I couldn't find them and 2) I was hoping they just wouldn't matter. Did #183 make a difference in your pet answer?
