@BarbieQPickle,
You're in college and your grammar is that atrocious? No wonder you couldn't figure out the Conundrum. Jeesh.

@Poopycats,
Hah, I accidentally added an 'n' to does. Besides, I'm not not doing school work, just having fun. hah. =) Sorry. But you are right, I would have never figured that out.

It has to be with the levels of Hanna and the Pirates Caves.
[Just look at the page numbers]

When Dr. Sloth was remodeling the east wing of the Virtupets Space Station, he set aside a spherical area for the auxiliary water tank. When full, the sphere could contain exactly 1200 cubic metres of water (or any other liquid, for that matter). However, as a cost-cutting measure, he outsourced the water tank construction to a company that only built water tanks in the shape of regular icosahedrons constructed out of 3 centimetre-thick, low-grade aluminum.

If the icosahedron tank is the largest it can possibly be while still fitting within the spherical area, what is the volume of the tank in cubic metres? Please round down to the nearest tenth of a cubic metre. For example, if you find the volume to be 288.7872 cubic metres, submit 288.7 as your answer.

You will be using the volume of the sphere.
Correlate a sphere radius to the icosahedron's edge length.
Calculate volume of the icosahedron.

Hope that helps

@eilonwy42,
For the volume of the icos-whatever i got 476.98 but I'm not to sure has anyone eles got this answer. Not only that do i take into account the extra 3cm of aluminium
