I've found Altador, Brightvale, Faerieland, Haunted Woods, Kiko Lake, Krawk Island, Kreludor, Lutari Island, Maraqua, Meridell, Mystery Island, Neopia Central, Roo Island, Shenkuu, Terror Mountain, Lost Desert, Tyrannia, and I couldn't find Virtupets, so I, of course, suspected that as the answer and submitted before I refreshed here again and noticed the bit about "What is the", then found Qasala and Geraptiku..

With the rest of the letters, you have to write it from the bottom to the top (right from left) and you fin the question about... well just look the prévious answers ^_^"

The one missing in the puzzle is Virtupets Space Station but it's a kind of clue to find the answer : the description of this place is "Evil Dr. Sloth has plans to turn all the Neopets in Neopia into his mutant slaves! Go to the Space Station and help thwart his evil plans! There are also games to play, things to buy, and much much more...". I find it funny that the personn who makes the question just thing about this : it's a trap if you don't look the rest of the letters but it's also a clue to answer.
