I found that word too, but I would think that the apostrophe would be given if that was the case...
"Pass" and "Itll" were the only 2 words I could find. So either I'm reading it wrong or maybe you shift for each letter. My head really hurts!
Im just about ready to make a wild guess. I am thinking that it may have something to do with chocolate or holiday or valentines day...given this weeks prize.

The first letter to decode is W..
Rotate the middle circle, with the arrow pointing W..
the second letter to decode is L
Rotate the middle circle so L is align with W (WLW) and the arrow will point to H..
The third letter to decode is T
Rotate the middle circle so T is align with H and the arrow will point to A..
Do it repeatedly n the first word will be WHAT..
Just do the same for the other..
