There's logic to it. Look at how many answers submitted were more than just a one-word answer, round to the nearest 50, and that's the answer.
Of course, that's what you would do if you had access to the Neopets databases. As a mere player, there's no way to know the exact answer. It's literally just random guess [with some obvious elimination].
