Ok, so words that start questions!

We have:
WHICH - doesn't work
WHO - has ONE or ON underneath
HOW - has NEO underneath
WHERE - doesn't work
WHAT - has ONRA, ONR, ONCA, or ONC underneath
WHEN - doesn't work

I think How and Who are our best starters

I agree. Only HOW and WHO gives us something to work with underneath.
