An earlier guess was correct. The first number in each 3-number set refers to the Neopedia article number. The second number is the paragraph and the third number is the word.

Once you find each word, the question will be easily answered by finding the relevant Neopedia article.

I used the neopedia and got a question that's asking for a number, which is typical of the conundrums so it could be right...

Well, that would be cheating, wouldn't it? Let someone else do all the work and you take all the credit?

I posted the method on this page (558).. if you use a little brains you can figure it out, but you have to do the work just like I did.
