if you take the numbers and what their corresponding values are, that will help. They say 15 = 2 so take that 1=1 and add to the 5=1 and that gives 2. This works for the 20 = 2 because 2=2 and 0=0
so 33 would be 3=3 plus 3=3 so that would be 6

15 stomps 2... 10 stomp 1 5 stomp 1
20 stomps 2 10 stomp 1 10 stomp 1

33 stomps ?? 10 stomp 1 10 stomp 1
10 stomp 1 3 stomp 3 = 6...

any other ideas?
