How does n=1
The first and last # has to be 4 or 8. It needs to be divisible by 4 right?
Hint: D=8 is the only logical answer
I figured it out but I submitted the number for NOMAD not DAMON
cwb I almost made that mistake too!
Is it a 5 digit number or is it a 2 digit number?
I think it's a 5 digit number.
Oh, well looks like I will not be getting my trophy updated again. I can not post the answer fast enough. This one seems to have me stumped.
ANswer
i really need the answer!!!!! did any 1 figure it out yet???????????
This seems to be easy for some and hard for others. I checked the boards and it seems like a lot of people have already posted their answer.
Ignore that answer, sorry.
does ne one know the answer yet??.....i am so not good at maths probs
aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh
i tried to get i but mad+me=FAILED
A can't be more then 2, that makes a 6 digit number, and it has to be 5 digits.
guess i will check back in the morning...way too late (12:40am) to stay awake for the answer...
Someone just emailed me and said the answer is:
85632
I am not sure but I will go for it anyway.
Yes on the right track but need to realize that it also is:
D x 4 = N
A x 4 = O
M x 4 = M
O x 4 = A
N x 4 = D
so M must be 0(zero) and these will most likely be two digit numbers
momcarrot don't confuse yourself with the
D x 4 = N
A x 4 = O
M x 4 = M
O x 4 = A
N x 4 = D
because remember in multiplication of such a large number you will need to CARRY OVER some numbers - that is the tricky part!! I suggest figuring out the first and last number, then working to the middle.
