What is this rock/meteorite?

Hi,
i am wondering what kind a rock this is, or is it a meteorite, its not magnetic so maybe not a meteorite, and its just as hard as quartz.
What is this?

Not all meteorites have iron content, so they are not all magnetic. Can you tell if that rock it smoothed by heat/melt, or is it by abrasion (like stream tumbling)?

Do you know what its composition is?

I will say its melted, i found the rock far from water, the rock have some smooth edges, so i believed it maybe to be a flint of any kind, because in the same area i also found allot of flint, not in the same color, but this rock has more holes and is harder then the flint butt stil ligth, almost like very hard plastic, if i use a flash ligth on the rock its orange to reddish, so only one composition all the way.
